Policy Aims
Stonegate operates a wide range of businesses and encourages colleagues to visit managed sites as valued guests. Colleagues can benefit from discounts and MiXR points, provided the rules within this policy are followed.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Colleagues: Encouraged to visit sites as guests and use rewards appropriately.
- Line Manager: Ensures awareness of rules and addresses breaches.
- Fraud Team / Audit: Reviews reward card and MiXR use, taking action where needed.
- Stonegate Support: Provides support with MiXR and reward card issues.
- ER Support / HRBP (Ops) & HRBP (PST): Offer advice to colleagues and managers.
Definitions
Reward Card: A digital card within the MiXR app providing discounts at Stonegate managed businesses.
MiXR: An app used by colleagues and guests to collect points, redeem rewards, make bookings, and access offers.
Reward Card
Access & Eligibility
After your first day, you’ll receive an email explaining how to download and register for MiXR. A compatible phone is required, and you must be over 18.
Reward Card Benefits
- 25% discount on food and drink for you and your entire party.
- Free door entry (registered user only).
- VIP queue access (email site in advance).
- Unlimited guests can join you and share the benefits.
- Enhanced discounts:
- 5 years’ service: 40% off for one month.
- 10 years’ service: 50% off for one month.
Reward Card Rules
- You must present the live QR code in the MiXR app at purchase.
- The QR code is non‑transferable.
- Discount cannot be used:
- with other offers or promotions,
- with e‑gift cards (cannot be purchased or redeemed alongside discount),
- when claiming expenses reimbursement,
- for accommodation.
- Discount applies only in managed pubs and bars (not Craft Union or leased/tenanted).
- Only one MiXR account per person.
- You may use the discount when not working, including weekends.
- You must not use the discount or earn points while on shift (excluding incentive points).
- Misuse may lead to disciplinary action.
MiXR
MiXR allows guests and colleagues (when visiting sites as guests) to explore venues, book tables, collect points, access offers, and take part in missions.
MiXR Rules
- MiXR may only be used when you are a guest, not while working.
- You cannot use MiXR points to purchase e‑gift cards.
- You may collect points when paying with an e‑gift card.
- You must not scan your own app to collect unused points.
- You cannot collect points for expenses‑claimable purchases.
- Only one MiXR account per person.
- Misuse may result in disciplinary action.
Non‑Compliance
Any misuse of the Reward Card or MiXR points will lead to disciplinary action.
Leaving Stonegate
Your reward card will be removed from MiXR when you leave Stonegate.
Once your leave date is reached:
- You will receive a prompt to convert your MiXR account to a regular guest account.
- You must complete the conversion within 3 months or your points will be lost.
- You may create a new MiXR account after the old one closes.
