When a member of your team puts a holiday request through on iChoose, you will receive an email notification similar to the below:
To view the request, login to Fourth Hospitality and from the menu on the left hand side select HR > HR Homepage. You will then see the below screen:
Approving Holiday
If the pending date/dates can be authorised, you can do that by ticking the dates that are to be authorised and then clicking Authorise Holidays.
Declining Holiday
To decline the dates, you will need to click the booked date to open the next page. On the next screen you will be able to view all holidays requests for your full team or just on an individual team member basis. To view the pending dates, change the drop down for Holiday Status to Unauthorised and click search.
Then, click on the relevant date and you will see this screen with the below drop down - here you can select Decline and then Save.
Viewing Holiday
To view your teams holiday within Fourth, click the menu on the left hand side and select HR > Holidays and Absences. From here you can either select Employee Holidays to view a full list and be able to go in and approve/decline following the above steps, or select View Calendar to see all approved/pending approval dates on a calendar.
