Roles and Responsibilities
- Colleague: Raise genuine concerns in good faith without fear.
- Line Manager: Be aware of the policy and guide colleagues appropriately.
- Whistleblowing Officer: Manage and oversee the process professionally and confidentially.
- ER Support / HRBP: Provide advice to colleagues and managers.
